Jonathan Perriello is an education reporter with Community Impact newspaper covering the Lewisville and Coppell school districts.

Before Community Impact he was the life and entertainment editor for The Shorthorn, a daily news organization at the University of Texas at Arlington. In that role he published in depth articles covering issues like local flooding and the connection to climate change to a profile over local muralist Juan Velazquez.
